Age Restrictions

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic ID proving you are 18 or over before we serve or sell alcohol to you. We will not sell or serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, and we reserve the right to refuse a sale where valid ID cannot be provided.

This applies to all alcohol purchased for collection from our bottle shop as well as alcohol served on our premises.

Allergen Information

Allergen information for our cheeseboards, snacks, and other food and drink is published on our website. Please note that our kitchen handles a range of allergens, and while we take care to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of staff before ordering.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, who cannot provide valid ID when requested, or who behaves inappropriately on our premises, in line with our licensing obligations.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on our premises, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law. We hold public liability insurance for our premises.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against Wreath making or Bottomless Brunch events.

Event Ticket Sales

The following terms apply specifically to the purchase of tickets for events through this website and through our third party partners.

Tickets for wreath making sessions are refundable. Please note that while the ticket price will be refunded, the processing fee is non-refundable and will not be included in any refund issued.

Tickets for Bottomless Brunch events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all bookings, including changes of mind, non-attendance, or inability to attend for any reason.

We recommend you check event dates and details carefully before booking, as these terms apply to all ticket purchases.

General

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
